After years of working in quality assurance leadership, I kept seeing the same pattern: well-intentioned quality initiatives that became compliance exercises instead of meaningful improvements. Instructors would check boxes, administrators would file reports, and students were... still having the same experience.
That's why I founded CalibrEd. I believe quality assurance should be about actual quality—not just the appearance of it. My mission is to help higher education institutions create courses that genuinely work better: boosting retention, closing equity gaps, and yes, satisfying accreditors (because that matters too).
